It is my honor and privilege to serve as President for the 2026–2027 League year. Whether you are a longtime member, a prospective member, a community partner, or simply learning about our organization, I am delighted that you are here.

The Junior League of Howard County is a dynamic organization of women committed to advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Every project we undertake, every partnership we build, and every leader we develop is rooted in our shared commitment to creating a stronger, more connected community.

This year, we proudly embrace our theme: HIVE—Help. Invite. Volunteer. Engage.

The HIVE represents the power of collective action. Just as every bee plays an essential role in the success of the hive, every member brings unique talents, perspectives, and experiences that strengthen our League. Together, we will help our neighbors, invite others into our mission, volunteer with purpose, and engage in opportunities that foster personal growth and lasting community impact.

This League year also marks an exciting milestone as we begin celebrating the Junior League of Howard County’s 5th Anniversary. Over the past five years, our members have demonstrated what is possible when passionate women come together in service. As we reflect on our accomplishments, we are equally excited about the future we are building—one defined by leadership, innovation, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to our mission.
